We are excited to announce the soft opening of our food trailer and catering business Fire Star Kitchen on 2/23/23 at 4pm! Located in the gorgeous heart of Alpine Texas! We offer excellent, mouthwatering, made from scratch foods that will delight the whole family! We are not fast food do bring your tastebuds for flavorful Texas Southern Cooking With A Gourmet Twist and come try our Irish Texan and Tejas Cabrito Tacos, Southwestern Charcuterie Board, Lamb Skewers and more! Healthier and more flavor filled foods at a location meant for live entertainment and family fun! We are located at Skeltons Runway Beverage barn, a family friendly venue with a covered patio, fire pits, large flat screen TV's for game days, fun family games like corn hole, live entertainment and more! With the majestic Glass and Davis Mountain chains around us and Big Bend just down the way, we are a destination you can relax with and enjoy! Let us help you unwind and relax!
