Cabrito

Well it's that time of year again. We've got the bucks with the does and the rams with their ewes. That means in the spring we will have fluffy tails and more stock on our ranch.

Cabrito is a regular staple in my family. We eat it like most people eat beef. This being said the versatility of flavor is amicable to almost any seasoning you throw at it as long as you know how to cook it. One of my favorite dishes we serve at the Kitchen to ur customers is our cabrito taco! I use a special secret recipe of seasonings that leave everyone wanting more! But thos fall I am thinking of adding on and shaking things up! How about a fall version of the cabrito taco? Let's see what adding sweet potatoes and different herbs and spices does! I'll bet it will be amazing! Ill be testing this out soon and I'll let you know how it is!
